How we work

  • Goal and promise:

    Proceed along the path towards life ownership by experiencing multiple combinations of the Own Your Life basic model during an intense 10-day period. Further knowledge will be gained on awareness topics as well as self-knowledge. After participation in the TD-200: ten-day EXPLORER JOURNEY, you will be able to build your own daily practice and know what suits best for you to own your life.

  • Development impact model and prerequisite:

    BW-100, BW-110 or BW-120 needs to be completed prior to this course.


    Following the personal development impact model of Own Your Life Journeys, this training includes the phases of desire (D), intention (I), action (A), practice (P) and the beginning of consistency (C) and habit (H).

  • Topics to be discussed:

    • Impact measurement (before-after) for each participant.
    • Daily suggestions on advanced breathing techniques.
    • Daily suggestions on advanced ways to create space in your body.
    • Daily suggestions to turn inwards.
    • One-to-one coaching sessions to tailor your needs.
    • Daily food for thought items via a What’s app group.
    • Individual What’s app group with the two tour guides for immediate support.
    • Intermediate group progress evaluation sessions (both online an onsite).
    • Scientific background explanation on awareness topics.
    • Daily journaling using the method of happiness ingredients.
    • Sidetrack following the book ‘Overtones’ (author signed hard copy included).
