AP-400:

ADVENTURE PASS

Goal and promise:

The goal of the AP-400 is to provide in-depth knowledge and experience on an advanced topic.

The AP-400: ADVENTURE PASS, is the most advanced group level. After having completed the TD-200 or the TW-300, this training can further deepen several topics discovered on an earlier phase. Examples of advanced topics may be:

- How to use spirituality as the missing pillar of sustainability?
- How to apply advanced meditation techniques in
stressful situations?
- How to build up the subtle body for better communication?
- How to use energy during business negotiations?
Development impact model and prerequisite:

BW-100, BW-110 or BW-120 needs to be completed as well as a level 3 or 4 training.

Following the personal development impact model of Own Your Life Journeys, this training includes the phases of desire (D), intention (I), action (A), practice (P), consistency (C), habit (H), and the beginning of be yourself (B).
Topics to be discussed:
